Effective date: August 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of sitor.ai and form an agreement between you and Hangzhou Sitor Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy before using Sitor.
Sitor provides AI-assisted tutoring, learning plans, material and repository analysis, progress tracking, search, generation, and related learning tools. Features, supported models, and limits may change over time. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided for learning and informational purposes and is not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Your account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that bypasses plan limits. You may not use Sitor to violate law or third-party rights; upload malware or content you lack the right to process; harass or harm others; generate or distribute illegal content; scrape or automate access beyond published interfaces; evade limits or security controls; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits; or disrupt Sitor or its providers. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, providers, and the service.
Paid plans purchased by card on sitor.ai are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. The price, currency, introductory offer, and monthly, quarterly, or annual billing period shown at checkout control your purchase. Unless you cancel, Stripe automatically charges your selected payment method at the start of each new billing period. After any introductory period, renewal is charged at the standard price displayed at checkout. You may cancel through Sitor Settings and the Stripe billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; plan access normally continues until that date. Included monthly credits reset with the applicable plan period and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits are one-time virtual items and remain available until used unless the purchase page states otherwise. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a purchase page expressly states otherwise, completed subscription charges, partially used billing periods, and delivered or used virtual credits are non-refundable. Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges. Purchases made through an app store or another payment provider are also subject to that provider's cancellation and refund process.
You retain ownership of materials and other content you submit. You give Sitor a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service you request. This includes sending relevant content to the providers described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or process content. Do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, confidential, or third-party personal data unless you are authorized to do so and accept the provider processing required by the selected feature.
Sitor's software, interfaces, branding, course structure, documentation, and original content are owned by Hangzhou Sitor Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the service only for its intended personal or authorized business learning purpose and may not copy, resell, or create a competing service from protected Sitor materials without permission.
Sitor is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service, or that any AI output will be accurate. Integrations and third-party services can fail or change outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitor disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on AI output, misuse of the service, events beyond reasonable control, or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
You may stop using Sitor or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion is irreversible. Before deleting account data, Sitor immediately cancels an active recurring subscription that Sitor can manage; an active App Store subscription must first be canceled through Apple. Account deletion ends access immediately rather than at the end of a paid billing period, is handled under the Privacy Policy, and does not by itself create a right to a refund. Transaction or security records may be retained where required. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, or protection of Sitor, users, or providers. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a chance to address the issue.
We may change features, limits, prices, or these Terms. Changes apply prospectively. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service and cancel any recurring subscription before its next renewal.
Mandatory laws and consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable where they cannot be waived. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Hangzhou, China.
